Research Capital - Buy AMA In The Slump

AeroMechanical Services (AMA - TSX V)

Research Capital issued a Jan. 28th advisory urging its clients to consider purchasing AeroMechanical (AMA) shares after prices dropped with the United States Patent Office announcement it was reviewing AMA's patent at the request of Star Navigation.
A client of Research Capital sent the advisory along pointing out that Research Capital was still sticking with its 12-month target price of $3.00 per AMA share, despite the patent review.

AMA shares closed on Jan. 28th at $0.82.
Prior to the review announcement on Jan. 24th, AMA shares were trading in the $0.90 range.

Research Capital analyst Jacque Kavafian issued his first report on AMA in November 2007 concluding the Calgary-based aerospace innovator was way ahead of the field in coming up with a "disruptive" technology that could save airlines millions while making AMA a uniquely promising company for investors.
