I have no legal training, but you have to wonder if SNA's latest withdrawal of its initial claims now makes them more liable to pay up the 15 million that AMA has sought.

Giving someone a notice via a press release, then withdrawing the majority of those accusations several months later seems very much a disruption of AMA's time and money.
