CALGARY, Dec. 14 - AeroMechanical Services Ltd. (AMA on TSX-V) is pleased to announce it has signed a contract to provide its patented solution to a European A320 low cost operator. The contract is for an initial order involving 10 aircraft with an additional 20 once the customer receives supervisory board approval.

"We are very excited to add a significant European A320 operator with in excess of 30 aircraft to our growing list of customers" said AeroMechanical President,Darryl Jacobs.

Mr. Jacobs added: "This contract gives AMS a launch platform to seize on the sizable opportunities that exist in Europe for our solutions. AMS has invested significantly in the European market for the last 4 years with personnel who will now be very busy expanding our sales and support footprint inEurope and the Middle East."

Due to the competitive nature of the marketplace, the name and location of this customer will not be disclosed.

This contract gives AMS business relationships with airline companies on every continent, save South America, Mr. Jacobs noted.

This year alone, AeroMechanical signed contracts with 15 different operators to install AMS's technology on 500 aircraft. This brings the total aircraft under contract to 677 from 24 different carriers and we currently have 90 aircraft that have equipment for the afirs/uptime solution.
