Due to strong employee interest in share ownership, Bill and Darryl offered a portion of their newly acquired shares to employees. More than 60% or 30 members of the AMS' team including senior officers purchased a total of 503,609 shares. These individuals range from the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Interim Chief Operating Officer to administrative, technical, and sales staff.
On the completion of the transaction, directors, officers and senior management will hold approximately 8.3 million shares or 11.7% of the outstanding shares of AMS.
