You are correct in all points but one.

Herbie has accomplished something: according to my caculator, (and it is a good calculator made by HP) he has accomplished spending over $900,000 this year.

I would like to see his expenditure sheet to see how much was spent on unnecessary things like the Atlis vs. how much was spent on the necessities like dinner at high price clubs, golf outings the expensive office they have and yea that nice $4,600 Italian leather chair he sits in when he is not sharing information with his shareholders.
