As predicted on the AGORACOM Blog, it appears we are now moving into capitulation phase and a great opportunity to buy good small-caps that have been thrown out with the bathwater.

Your optimism is encouraging, but the sky really is falling and to think that NIR is not affected by it is shortsighted. The truth will eventually come out and it does'nt matter how great we all think ADMH is; without proper funding the project will never get off the dock.
NIR is in trouble and no - one will know the truth until it is too late. The company needs to change direction or cut ties - how can any company succeed when the share price is in the 1/10th of a cent range and the company that is supposed to be funding you isnt, but continuosly issues shares to make their cut.
