I have been relunctant to post my opinion on the state of the co. due to some seeing things through rose colored glasses, but since you also see that NIR is running this co. into the ground now I will.

The $800,000.00 that Lemming said they were getting from NIR to get them "Operational" as he put it, appears to be untrue. The transaction was to be made over a month ago, No transaction yet nor does it appear there will be, at least not with NIR. 4 months behind on the boat payment and boat in major disrepair.

I dare say tha NIR will most likely "NOT FUND" the co. any longer. They will however release more shares, and more shares and so on untill they cannot make any more money doing so.

There is possible talks still with Mexico, and I am sure others. and Leeming is hoping to recieive funding from them (Hell, he wants to keep that nice office, right?) but who knows how that is going. With the refusal by Mr. Leeming to cumunicate events that are going on will just keep us guessing if this thing will ever come to fruition.

I fear that the lack of results from Mr. Leeming has put a bad taste in NIR's mouth. You have to assume that there is the possibility that this thing dosn't work?

There is a few things that I am hoping for and that is that the units do endeed work, that NIR sells to co. (There are individuals out there that want to take it over!) or they get the funding they need from another source. I fear that without these things we are doomed!

Oh yea, there is one more thing I am hoping for>>>>>>for me to be totally wrong!!!!!!
