Same thing I hear, Leeming supposably meet wiht NIR about 2 weeks ago. NIR agreed to give them $200k a month for 4 months which Leeming says will get them operational, I did not hear about the 6-8 week bit but I did not talk to Bobby either.
I will feel better when I see the SEC filing stating this. if this is true the paperwork should be completed this week. They are behind 2 months on the boat payment as of now, but they claim to have the payments caught up as soon as they get the first instalment.
I also hear that Bobby had visited the ship 3-4 weeks ago to see about installing the ATLAS which may indicate that the ATLAS may be in the final stages of completion. Did he say anything pertaining to the software?
