In response to: Re: Shareholders Rights by chrisfromalbany

Last summer the problems I know of consisted of strainers and filters going to the cooling system for the generators were plugged causing water pump failures. Mercury lamps blown for the fresh water converstion system, charging issures for the battery system, electrical problems with the launches, hydraulic failure on the launches, deteriating anchor chains, ropes, etc... and yes one of the toilets were busted.

The low cost items were fixed (exept the toilet) which was funded through personal bank accounts (not mine). There was absolutely no funding from NIR at the time due to the takeover by NIR, unknowingly to me at the time.

When NIR took over the co., there were leans on the ship that they finally decided to let the present owners retain possesion of the ship. Now if Leeming wants the ship they have to pay.

I know that the ship is not the money maker but it is part of the path to the gold. What worries me is still the absence of info. from Leeming. Why won't they talk?
