Shareholders Rights

I hear that the NWL is still docked in Ft. Pierce and payments are delinqent again. My reason for this post is to ask if we as shareholders have the rights to summon a shareholder meeting.

I am seeing no progress in ADMH. I feel that it has come to a point that we shareholders should consider the lack of communication unacceptable.

Why do they refuse to release informantion concerning the co.? What is the status of the 5th patent? Why is the NWL still in Ft. Pierce? Why do they continue to fall behind on the boat payment? What is the status of the Atlis unit/units? What are they doing with the funds they received?

I find it very frustrating the Mr. Leeming does not have the guts (for a lack of better terms) to inform us of anything.

Am I the only one that feels this way?

Everyong give me your thoughts, do you feel we should pressure Leeman or just continue to wait.
