I hear that about 50k was used to upgrade software on the ATLIS, back payments had to be made for the ship. Not sure how much that was. 

The balance left will have to be used for ship repairs, upgrades and operational expenses as you stated.

I don't know for sure but I believe that they made believers of the company's that did the last financing. I think that is the only way that got the funds that they just recieved.

Should be enough for ADMH to make money for the investors.
