AUY likes aru-kinross deal?

Say its good and wont be making an offer. ARU is going well below its value......is there something we are missing here? Have followed the ARU board and the offer is considerably higher than what they are trading at now but the stock price is down 15% since the initial deal was announced. And its down 50% in 18 months.
