Yahoo is the story everybody loves not to talk about and the proxy fight is a big issue.

Gordon Crawford plans to veto his right to vote in the shareholder AGM this friday, and this speaks to long term management and leadership in yahoo. Is the proxy fight done??? Don't think so as there are a lot of pressing issues (3rd seat on the Yahoo board)
