Most Junior Stock investors know Robert McEwin, president of US Gold. US Gold is similar to VIT in that they both have huge land packages in Nevada Cortez Battle Mountain area. US Gold after running up from .50 to over $10.00 per share has come back to earth and is selling near $1.20. The major run up in that stock was largely do to Robert McEwin's former track record with Gold Corp.; his personal investments in the company,;his positive comments on the potential rewards from drilling in Nevada near other major gold mines; and the acquisitions he made in other Nevada junior gold companies. This stock has a great deal of liquidity, and in my opinion, any major advance in Nevada Juniors will be preceded by an upmove in this stock. Initially investors are going to want to go where the liquidity is, and the reason for that is that if their timing is wrong they can quickly cut their loss short without having difficulty selling their stock. Most Juniors have limited liquidity and are very difficult to sell in size especially if the whole sector is going down. You will note that the chart link that I have provided below shows a similar pattern in both US Gold and Victoria Resource - the exception being is that several indicators for US gold have already reversed up. IMO, it would be a good idea for anyone who is already invested in Nevada Juniors or is contemplating investing in them, to watch the chart action in US Gold.
