For those who are thinking that ISM could possibly just walk away from this effort and sell off, this will be the place to see it reported if it were to take place at all

PI house has activity in the trades on the sell side, but one has to see the insider trades to verify if this is indeed the situation.

ISM has 13 million shares and Sutcliffe has 1.2 million. With ISM holding almost 20% of the stock I would say that in other situations like this the controlling company often at least gets one or more people on the BOD to represent their interests. So maybe ISM was a little overzealous in describing their intent to come in/on with a new slate of directors? Secondly, to not even have a list of possible candidates or their own names yet suggest a shareholder meeting with the intent to vote in a new slate?? Crazy, the "list" has to be revealed sometime doesn't it?

Not sure what the next action or step will be for them, but I don't foresee ISM dumping the stock imho.
