That can certainly be part of a solution. I had actually given this some thought about how best to make it work but try to keep posts short to minimize confusion.
One of the things enough juniors don't do is say what they intend to do and the principles they will follow to get there, "a mission/purpose/ethics/governing" statement. If they integrated physical buying into their mission statement, especially at the beginning of life, say 1 to 5 percent of every financing they would continue to build shareholder value regardless of their exploration successes and process would be a normal part of their activity rather than something they are trying to make work once they are already established. I believe SSRI and its golden brother were doing a form of this in their early days (buying silver and gold in the ground) and they were able to get financed. I don't know if there is a best trime to try it. Surely someone in the industry could work it all out and take the chance.
