Not really...

First....there has been no indication from Temex management that they are involved in anyway, form or shape concerning Noront.

Second....Mr. Bruce Durham is the Executive Chairman of Temex and I am sure he is on a few other companies board....most directors/officers/etc. are...it's standard practice.

Third...Noront shareholders are upset with what is going on...so the rumours & finger pointing is going on full blast until the vote.

Fongs....never heard of them...but really...if they bought a large number of shares in Temex...who would know....they are not insiders of Temex or on the board...so they don't have to disclose to the public under SEDI...so who is really playing here and how would they even know about Fong.....rumours & games...that is it.
