Hoov, being that you are a shareholder in both NOT and TME have you considered calling TME and seeing if you can talk with Bruce about your concerns. Im sure if he is in the office he would take your call and mabe you could sort out some of your fears about the proxy issue.

If nothing else you could find out how they are managing in these tough market times and if everthing is still going as planned .
