I disagree...TME has always been a sleeping giant that is finally waking up. TME has the biggest land position in the area....has more JV's & seems to be quietly becoming the leader in the area. BMK has already had it's run with a pull back...TME is still waiting but I expect it will be shortly for there major run up & very soon.

 

Regardless...TME & BMK has a JV together...so both should do well....but my pick is TME to come out on top....logic tells you that.
