TME vs BMK...JV Partners

It looks like TME is the better buy for a return on your money.

Both announced financing last week....with share dillution....looks like BMK has about 30-35% more shares outstanding than TME.

Also, BMK financing is at $0.40 and TME is at $0.70...looks like BMK got caught early doing a financing when they were trading below $0.40.
