Dear shareholders,

As listed on Sedi, André J. Douchane, President & CEO, holds 500,000 common shares and 1,700,000 options. The salary for the President & CEO is $250,000 per year. There is also a bonus program, with the potential to earn an additional $250,000, if all criteria set by the Board of Directors is met.
