You will have noticed the post by JD today. The OSC required Spider Resources to issue this NR because of the failure of Resolution #12 . I do not gloat because of the win. However, it points to some other issues that need to be addressed and discussed.

Here's one issue that I suggest that everyone do due diligence on. Everyone needs to find out about Richard Hamelin. Here are my questions to help with this due diligence.

1) What company employed Richard Hamelin prior to Spider Resources?

2) What was his position with this company?

3) Why did he leave?

4) What position does Mr. Hamelin hold at Spider Resources?

5) How many Spider Resources' shares does he own?

Many shareholders have begun to discuss the role of Mr. Hamelin within Spider Resources. It is an important discussion which I think you should get involved in.

A strong company requires strong management. Spider Resources deserves the best people.

(Congratulations to all who have stuck in there. We're up 1 cent today. Doesn't sound like much. But it is. Most knowledgeable shareholders know that the honest valuation of SPQ is 20+ cents. More upside movement to come.)
