just where do you come up with this "idea" that SPQ owes KWG anything???? where did you get this 750K and 5 Million shares PP??? In my view you are totally off base....

As far as the Money$$ already spent by SPQ, is about $ 700,000 as part of their imput into the FWRJV...$4 Million $$ plus is what SPQ has in the bank...they will need to spend 1 more million $$ maybe to drill their 2008....

For your information, according to UC they have laready notified SPQ that they intend to proceed with the LOI....so NO money needed there...

No money needed for the diamond claims, as they have been optioned to Renforth, who has already raised the funds....

So all that said SPQ will still have more than 3 Million $$$ in the bank....far more than many other players at McFaulds....

just a reminder....This RS is certainly not a "done deal" far from it....It will NOT pass....Management needs a 2/3 MAJORITY to pass....that means at least 206 Million Votes for YES....NO WAY they will ever get that many votes....

So don't just sit there...VOTE NO on RS ...it's too late to vote on line, HOWEVER, you can still give your proxy to SNUG and he can vote on your behalf, the way you decide...
