NN told a number of people at the PDAC, that if he wanted to he could pick up the phone and raise $ 5 Million "no problem"....just look around McFaulds almost everyone is able to raise fubds,,,McFaulds is the hotest area in Canada...this idea that SPQ will not be able to raise $$, is nothing more than a scare tactic...why would NN say this at the PDAC if it wasn't true...

WHAT REALLY CHANGES WITH THE rs?...If they can raise money then they can raise money now without the RS....ONLY difference is that with SPQ at 30 Million shares out , SPQ is able to issue incredible amounts of shares, compared to todays share price...that is they can issue 20 million new shares at 50 cents(new stock) for 10$ million $...THAT'S LIKE ISSUING 200 MILLION SHARES TODAY....Just look at the current shareholder dilution....and that will not be the last PP believe me...while they can issue themselves all kinds of Options of the new SPQ on the cheap....NO vote NO

THE ONLY DILUTION THAT WILL TAKE PLACE IF THIS RS IS APPROVED, WILL BE THE HUGE DILUTION OF CURRENT SHAREHOLDERS $ VALUE AS THE RESULT OF UPCOMING HUGE SHARES DILUTION PP's.....
