RBC Direct Investing here. $10 trades if you have >100K with them. This can include seperate RRSP accounts (inc. spouse) as long as it's all in the family. Level II real time quotes.

I'm mostly happy with them. They are rolling out an upgrade at the end of the month.

I haven't tried any others, as I have been at this only a few months.
