If memory serves me correctly, Pinetree initially took a stake at $0.18, I believe. For the $0.25 financing, the SLAM stated that 3 institutions had participated, but there was no mention that Pinetree was one of them, though many people assumed it was.

Also, a simple shareholder...hoping for a big return, but my patence sure is being tried these days!
