Clearly the ECB is not responsible for the steep decline in the price of Gold and Silver last week,

 The ECB doesnt sell silver, so why did it lose 4$ on the week?

2.7 tons matches previous weekly amounts that were sold inot the market without resulting in this kind of downside pressure.

This reeks of paper manipulation, and it is obvious to those that care to open thier eyes to see it.
