Good intro and refresher, then proceed with DD.......

another big point is the funding of this company has all been at .25!!

SLAM has discovered massive zinc sulphides at its wholly owned Nash Creek Property located in Lorne, 25 km west of the Belledune smelter and seaport in northern New Brunswick. In July 2007 a 43-101 compliant report confirmed the Nash Creek deposit has a zinc-bearing resource of 3.24M tonnes with an additional inferred resource of 2.69M tonnes on the western margin of a 40 square km conductive sheet. The 43-101 compliant estimate also has identified a high-grade zone (HG) within the core of the deposit which has an indicated resource of 1.57M tonnes grading 6.53% zinc, 1.08% lead and 37.4 g/tonne silver plus an inferred resource of 0.69M tonnes grading 6.40% zinc, 0.97% lead and 28.1 g/tonne silver. The 43-101 compliant resource estimate was specifically designed to define the tonnage of the high grade core within the deposit. In the resource estimate, rigorous criteria identified the possibility of mining the high grade zone. The deposit was sectioned into blocks of gradeable resource with typical separations of 50 metres or less to define any such possibility. One hundred and eighty-eight blocks were tabulated based on down hole length of 3.0 metres unless in contact with another block. Thus, at the edges of the deposit, zinc grade was excluded from the calculation if it was less than 3 metre in thickness.

The existence of a high grade resource above the 6.0% zinc threshold is very significant as it could potentially be mined either through open pit or shallow ramp. A 2M tonne resource could support a potential custom milling operation of 1000 tonnes/day for 5 years. A feasibility study would be required to confirm the economic viability of this operation.
The multi-disciplined approach of exploration on the Nash Creek property shows there is significant potential to expand the deposit. Furthermore, with the identification of the high grade (HG) core of the deposit, management believes there is an opportunity to generate cash flow from the indicated 1.57 million tonne and .68 million tonne inferred HG resource while continuing exploration of the 40 sq km conductive sheet using gravity and soil results to focus on targets. Coincident soil-gravity-EM targets which occur in proximity to known mineralization remain untested by drilling. The indicated resource (July ‘07 43-101) is estimated at 3.24M tonnes with an additional inferred resource of 2.68M tonnes. This resource, sitting at the western edge of a large mineralized system, has the potential to expand to a 20 million plus tonne deposit of zinc, lead and silver.
