rebound in Oslo

Things are looking up in Oslo this morning. Trading at 7.4 NOK (+16%) = 1.40 CAN. Probably has to do with the English Gov't injecting money into their banking system - adding some stability to the shaky European markets (OBX +5%). TSX closed today, so this is very positive for the Tuesday open.
