Honestly I can't really answer that question because I don't know what other projects, if any, are waiting in the wings to begin exploration.
On top of that is has been talked about several times on this post that once the Santa Rosa Project and Senegal Project have come to fruition that they will be split off as seperate entities to maximize their value when they are sold.
So the answer to your question could be summed up like this I believe, if Oromin decides to start operating mines then yes the stock might be viable but remember their core compentency is in exploration not mining. Also, if they have already begun geological studies on projects outside the two from above it could still be viable...the question is have they done anything like this?
