One quick change from my last post. They 43-101 is delayed to mid to late June as per Dan Clark. Also, I encourage anyone interested in investing in this stock to call the company and very some facts. What they print and what they say over the phone can vary because of legal issues and you will find that a 15min call can return big dividends. Any risky play like this requires careful DD and that should include talking to management. Their phone # is listed on their website under contact us. Take the time to call, you will be happy you did.
