this might set us back more than planned for....30000 ducks killed in alta by wind turbines remains mostly buried in the news but 500 in a tailings pond is i think a "wait a minute-maybe we do need more studies" response from sask govt...in any event the only way is up..do it right the first time..its always better..later...
