MARKET PRESSURE = BUYING OPPORTUNITIES
As predicted on the AGORACOM Blog, it appears we are now moving into capitulation phase and a great opportunity to buy good small-caps that have been thrown out with the bathwater.

The DOW and NASDAQ were likely up doe to the real and intended scare sent out to Marker Manipulators with respect to Nacket Short Selling and the SEC/FBI investigations into more than some Breas Stern managers etc. Seesntially, the US Fed, Treasury Dept., and the SEC are telling the Massive Money Managers that they will be prosecuted if they continue to try to crash the US Banking System, which by the way is having plenty of difficulty keeping it's head above water without the "Gaming" also happening.
Just a general prespective I have developed to help explain part of current Global Events.
