Hey Khareema.....good post.....I don't take issue with any of your points. I am just curious about your feeling that they felt compelled to release anything news-wise for the market. I thought at the time of the release that it was substantial news and qualifies as 'material change' to NOT.
The timing of the release.....Fri, US long weekend, then the strange halt and regulatory demands for corrections to the release......the corrections happened and NOT did not become un-halted. STRANGE is it NOT.....I believe that management is NOT that unworldly to make those kinds of 'mistakes' in an extremely important news release. My guess is that the 'mistakes' were 'ringers' for the stock to be halted by the powers that be.
Whether this is all contrived or NOT, I'm guessing news....Monday, for breakfast!
