Now, if NOT becomes a producing mining company with earnings potential, I think that the market will look at this as valuable. I mean, right now we basically have no P/E ratio. Once NOT has a revenue stream coming in the market will realize this based on their methods of valuations.

So my question is: when is NOT no longer considered a speculative stock and is an investment stock?

Anyone?
