Never done this before but it was just getting to me. I called, Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada , and got an answering machine, go figure. What I wanted to know is who asked for the halt. I didn't think the halt release was clear. So I called NORONT's office, did not ask much, just who decided to halt this. The very nice female voice clearly stated it was, IIROC, who halted this. IIROC wanted some clarification of NOT's news release. This very nice lady stated, with out me asking, the clarification will be very shortly and suggested I monitor the newswire. I'm not saying this means today. Of course it needs to be reviewed by IIROC, they are in control here.
