Brazilian mining giant Vale is preparing a share offering worth up to $US15 billion ($15.8 billion) to help finance organic growth and potential acquisitions, but denies it is in takeover talks.
These types of funds would indicative of bigger takeover than NOT, given NOT's current price, but could they be getting ready for multiple takeovers/merger including NOT and then development cost of RoF.
