I went on a rant a few weeks back (I titled it rant instead of vent, kudos for the better terminology) and the Board was generally supportive but I did get a few sarcastic barbs about my ruffled feathers so do not worry about the reaction.
I have dealt with lawyers in similar situations and what the lawyers are trying to do is protect RN from perssonel liability. Society has become so litigious if he says the wrong words shareholders can and will sue RN and NOT something none of us want. That been said if you can get more info. from NOT, I am very supportive. GLTA.
