Hey basher the SP is indicative of the last trade that somebody was will to buy and sell 1 share not the value or worht of the company.

Value of company is based on what somebody would be willing to pay for the whole company be it liquidation or buyout. If you think this company is only worth its current share price than sell and move onto to another investment.
