ResourceWorld Volume 6 Issue 5 was delivered to my door in Ottawa this morning. I guess it must be a promo because it looks like the regular 0ne with a $5.95 Cdn/US price on it. It was funny because I had been asking for this issue at newstands last weekend and couldn't find it.
