I do NOT think the warrant issue is a an issue anymore except that they hold a large amounts of shares and maybe considered insiders. They are as anxious as the rest of us to see the share price go up especially fi they borrowed to fund their acquisition. If they sell their shares it will be into the open market and NOT impact NOT cash balance but possibly the SP.
