Jondefur, It is true that essentially the 50 million or so in the last PP, was based on DE. But 20 some million was raised for Windfall and other projects which no doubt was redirected into an accelerated drilling program at DE when NOT hit big time. So from a balancing books point of view, NOT could spin off DE from NOT and justify a big chunk of change left behind in NOT's bank account.
