I totally get your point, my friend. It makes perfect sense now. I guess I just had to be told twice about the idea of the NEW LARGE SHAREHOLDERS and what their say in this NEW company may involve. I now get it that it may be hard to put any of this NEW money towards Windfall even though the past money that was earmarked for Windfall went into DE. Gotcha. I know Mr. Nemis had this very same kind of idea when we talked about it, without any numbers given out. It was just an idea of his to think about at the time.

Now, here's a thought with all the talk of a Major doing this and a Major doing that. Someone had suggested the idea of a Major buy in. Sorry that I can't remember who that was. If this is in the works, there may not be too many issues regarding money in the not too distant future. A major's buyin would certainly be at a MUCH higher s/p than todays price and would bring our s/p to a level that would make any future PP MUCH less diluting. Just food for thought. I remember Voisey's Bay Major buy in by Tech. I believe they were offered shares already in circulation, correct me if I'm wrong, as opposed to issuing new shares. IF, and I do mean IF, Mr. Nemis needs more money to complete this discovery, it really should come at a MUCH higher price. Thank you John for straightening me out.

God Bless all NOT shareholders.

Herb
