I disagree with your point that NOT would be diluted in any way...although MGR may be involved in Windfall, so what....so are others...The main point to keep in mind is that THE RAMP's direction is towards FWR 100% owned claims...I dont believe anyone will lose anything...BOTH of them NOT and FWR will be HUGE winners...The key to my ides was proportional participation in the NEW Windfall shares...nothing to do with the values of NOT or FWR...
And as far as Mr. Nemis stating that ROF/DE could/would be seperated...well of course, they have talking to MAJORS for months now...how else is a MAJOR going to but ROF/DE if it's not spinned off or transfered to them...BUT...I don't believe that will happen until such time as NOT has acquired at least 50% INT in all of ROF...a statement made public numerous times by Mr. Nemis himself...
AS I mentiioned in my previous post...this is all speculation...a bit of fun guessing...NOTHING is carved in stone, except of course the ROF will be Canada's next World Class Ni CU PGEs deposis...
