I may own both FWR and NOT but I'm not about to see a situation where we create a new company for the simple reason that MGR is involved with Windfall. So what you would do would minimize NOT share holder value. That would be a sweet deal for FWR or MGR at this time.
This split only has to involve NOT and DE. NOT remains the same and DE splits off on its own. A different company. This way there is no fuss with the jvs at Windfall et al.
The money issue could also be easily resolved. There are much more difficult couplings and decouplings than this junior so I don't see any difficulties to speak of. Besides I get back to Nemis saying this would be done.
Let me just remind you of what FWR has just done because they weren't getting fair value for their u308 plays. They spun off another company and FWR remains the same. What's the problem John??...Don
