In my opinion this would be the simplist solution because the Double Eagle is so recent, the financing has been targeted through private placements and the many JV's are associated with this arm of Noront. It can be separated in a neat package. The resulting company could than focus on going it alone to develope the Eagles along with the JV's or proffer itself to a major. Exciting times ahead.
