Funding for both companies - John...

Posted by: herbertwiebe on May 09, 2008 02:30PM

Good day to you sir. I do have a thought as to the funding for both companies. Let's go way back, shall we to last year around January. Remember that Noront did a PRivate Placement for 50 cents/share (too bad that had to happen) along with warrants for 75 cents/share. This PP brought about 12ish million into the coffers at the time, I conservatively believe. Noront then went out and found the FANTASTIC Double Eagle nickel, copper, platinum, paladium, rhodium, calcium, well, you get the picture. Noront has spent a ton of this money raised for Windfall on Double Eagle. It would not be to hard to go back and see where the money situation would be at without spending anything on Double Eagle and put that money into the new "Windfall and other properties" company. There was enough money to build the estimated 8 million dollar ramp plus a bit more for the other properties. It's just a matter of putting the right amount of money into those other properties that they don't need to raise any more cash to get done what they raised money for them prior to McFaulds.

I think there are a lot of "Company News Releases" up Mr. Nemis' sleeve just waiting for the assay fiasco to be over with and then you will see what has all been going on at NOTVILLE over the past few months. I do recall asking Mr. Nemis about the money to each company if they split when Pam and I visited him March 25th and what I have tried to explain to you is what he had tried to explain to me, so it's not just MY opinion, but the opinion of our President as well. Hope this helps.

God Bless all NOT shareholders.

Herb
