that's the very point I'm making ...those here who want to spinoff DE from NOT, whatever the money in the bank is left belongs to DE...While I'm sure that investors in the PP were aware of NOT's other properties, the principal purpose was to persue/explore ROF/DE...

So IF NOT spins off ROF/DE most all the remaining moneys will have to go to new ROF/DE....This is my opinion based on common sense, I have NOT seen or read anything of the PP, except what has been released...So this is just mt considered opinion...
