The property that Noront owns "100%" is just south of where the ramp is being built. That being said, I don't believe it will be too hard to split the JV'd part of this project, as they will just have to step out of their office, walk for about 6 seconds to the Freewest office and knock on the door to start talks regarding any split. It doesn't get much easier than this. These companies are in pretty tight. Besides, FWR and MUG don't have anything else to do with Noront on any of their other properties. One property, shared floor in the building, CEOs knowing each other for a LONG time... connecting the dots means EASY split off for Noront.
