We received the following reply from Noront management:
“As stated in the press release, management of Noront has been given the details of the failure results by our QA/QC consultant. The lab has done all it has been asked to do to rectify the situation. We will not be publicly commenting on the continued investigation and monitoring of results until advised to do so by our QA/QC consultant to do so. If SGS wishes to make a statement on this that is their prerogative. This was an isolated occurrence that has resulted in an unacceptable to Noront delay in release of assay results.”
